The Radio Club de Caibarién CO9GBB "Manuel Álvarez Álvarez" is calling for a radio activity to celebrate the centenary of the birth of our undefeated COMMANDER IN CHIEF "Fidel Castro Ruz".


Objectives:
-Commemorate the centenary of the birthday of commander in chief Fidel Castro Ruz.
-Promote the radio activity, with the participation of several operators from all over the country.
-Carry out radio transmissions in the HF, VHF and UHF band.
-Carry out radio transmissions in the SSB, CW, FM, Digital and Satellite modes, covering the 160, 80, 40, 30, 20, 17, 15, 12, 10 and 6 meter bands, as well as 2 m and 70 cm (144 and 430 MHz) satellite operations.
-Grant the diploma "FIDEL CASTRO RUZ".
-To award special eQSL for the centenary of our undefeated COMMANDER-IN-CHIEF "Fidel Castro Ruz"
Event period.
-It would start from May 5 of this year at (00:00) UTC, until August 13 at (23:59) UTC.
Stations Activated.
A special prefix would be used with the initials of our leader (FCR)
By provinces.
T41FCR, T42FRC, T43FCR, T44FCR, T45FCR, T46FCR, T47FCR, T48FCR...
With the purpose of having several operators per province participate, without limits, only they must be registered by the organizers of the activity.
For 100 days, the aether will be occupied by special signposts representing all regions of Cuba, strengthening the spirit of fraternity, operational technique and friendship that has always characterized amateur radios.
The organizers of the activity will prepare special awards for the main activators and for the participants with the largest number of contacts made.
Score
Will be based on the total number of valid QSOs completed.
Duplicate QSOs made on the same band or mode will not be valid.
The awards will be awarded in the following categories.
1) - Participants: Perform at least 5 QSO with activating stations.
2) - Hunters: Make at least 5 provinces. Axis. T41, T42, T43, T44..... T48.
3) - Special Diploma: It will be awarded digitally to the largest number of valid QSOs completed.
4) - Gold Diploma: Minimum 50 QSO distributed among all special stations and modes operated. Except VHF and Satellites which will be governed by a minimum of 15 QSO.
5) - Silver Diploma: Minimum 40 QSO distributed among all special stations and modes operated. Except VHF and Satellites which will be governed by a minimum of 10 QSO.
6) - Diploma Bronze: Minimum 30 QSO distributed among all special stations and modes operated. Except VHF and Satellites which will be governed by a minimum of 5 QSO.
7) - Activators: Digital Special Diploma will be issued by teams and individuals depending on the number of contacts made and activators.
Note: For the Cuban stations participating as a hunter, the prizes will be:
Diploma Oro: Contact 5 provinces.
Silver Diploma: Contact 3 provinces
Diploma Bronze: Contact with 2 provinces
In different bands and modes, participation certifications will be issued to all activators independent of the final result.
