HamPass Windows Client

Windows client for live-event QSO syncing

Download Installer (Version 3.2)

Works with WSJT-X, MSHV, N1MM+, DXLog, Log4OM, HRD and others.

Instructions for HamPass Windows Client

1. First, download the correct version for your system (64-bit or 32-bit). After installation, open the "Settings" menu in the HPCL client.

2. Configure the UDP Port (default is 12060). This port must match the one set in your logging software (WSJT-X, MSHV, etc.).

3. In "Profiles", click "Add login" to link your HamPass account. The software will automatically detect your callsign from the log and sync it with your HamPass profile.

Instructions for WSJT-X

1. Open WSJT-X and go to "File" > "Settings" (F2). Select the "Reporting" tab.

2. In the "Logging" section, check "Prompt me to log QSO" to ensure the data is sent as soon as you confirm the contact.

3. In the "UDP Server" section, set the address to 127.0.0.1 and the port to 12060 (or the port you configured in HPCL). Check the box "Accept UDP requests".

4. Additionally, you can use the "Secondary UDP Server" (Enable logged contact ADIF broadcast) pointing to 127.0.0.1 and port 12060 to ensure the broadcast reaches the HamPass client.

Instructions for MSHV

1. Open MSHV and navigate to the "Options" menu, then select "Macros".

2. In the "Network Configuration" tab (Configurações de Rede), look for the "Simplified UDP of the local network" (UDP Simplificada da Rede Local) section.

3. Check the option "Save Contact - Send UDP to external programs" (Guardar Contato - Enviar UDP para programas externos).

4. Set the "Address" to 127.0.0.1 and the "Port" to 12060 (the same configured in your HamPass Client). Click "OK" to save.

Instructions for N1MM+

1. Go to "Config" > "Configure Ports, Mode Control, etc.". Select the "External Packet" tab.

2. In the "External UDP Broadcast" row, check the "QSO" box.

3. In the "IP:Port" column, enter 127.0.0.1:12060. Click "OK" to save.

Instructions for DXLog

1. Open DXLog and go to the "Options" menu, then select "Configure network".

2. In the "Network Properties" window, locate the "UDP QSO broadcast" section.

3. Ensure the address is set to 127.0.0.1 and the port is 12060 (matching the port set in HPCL).

4. The final step is to enable the network: go back to the "Options" menu and make sure the "Enable network" option is checked.

Instructions for Log4OM

1. Go to "Settings" > "Program Configuration" > "Inbound/Outbound Connections".

2. Create a new "UDP ADIF" Outbound connection to 127.0.0.1 on port 12060. Name it "HamPass" and activate it.

Instructions for Ham Radio Deluxe (HRD)

1. In HRD Logbook, go to "Config" > "QSO Forwarding". Enable the feature and set the address to 127.0.0.1 and the port to 12060.
